COREY GILPIN
Back 2 New Renovations is a hometown renovation and remodeling company based in Watertown, New York.
The business was built on a straightforward principle: treat every homeowner’s property with the same meticulous care you would your own home, communicate directly without sales gimmicks, and deliver quality finished work that endures North Country weather.
Company Motto
"Putting a plan into action, to assure your satisfaction!"
From demo day through final punch-list items, Corey oversees and executes each stage of work. Whether you are modernizing a master bathroom with custom tile, installing durable luxury vinyl flooring throughout your main level, building a custom closet organizer, or adding a backyard deck with sliding patio doors, you work directly with the person doing the work.
Core Contractor Principles:
- Direct Communication: You talk directly with Corey — before, during, and after your renovation.
- Honest Estimates: Clear breakdown of scope, materials, and expectations without hidden surcharges.
- Clean & Organized Work Sites: Respect for living areas, protection of existing surfaces, and timely cleanup.
- Insurance Collaboration: Experience preparing scopes and repairs with insurance carriers for claim-related work.
